Neoprene mousepad and desk mat composition:
The base material is a neoprene rubber, it's slightly spongy and has nice grip on the table.
The printed fabric top is Polyester, this fabric accepts a sublimation print beautifully.
The stitched edge is a stretch polyester fabric which wraps around the edge to give a stunning
finished look.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We'll print a single mousepad or desk mat — no minimum required. Bear in mind there is a machine setup cost of R250.00 (ex VAT), so a single unit will cost a little more proportionally. The more you order, the better the value.
How long does production and delivery take?
For orders under 500 units, allow 4–5 working days. Orders over 500 units typically take 7–8 working days. Occasionally a large order may affect lead times slightly — we'll always let you know upfront before accepting your order into production.
What file format do I need to supply for my artwork/logo?
A vector PDF is ideal. We can also work with high-resolution images, provided the file is large enough for the print size required. If you struggle with that, send us what you have, we will make it work.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. One of the advantages of sublimation printing is that producing a single sample is quick and straightforward — we'd recommend it for large orders.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we use The Courier guy for all deliveries.
Will I get a proof before production starts?
Yes — always. A digital proof is a standard part of our process, and for larger orders we'll also photograph the first mat for your approval before proceeding with the full run.
